Industrial heater is used in many industries when heating or warming process is required.
For example, it is used to heat the liquid inside of a tank or to keep a equipment warm from freezing at low temperatures. The heater works by converting electrical energy to heat, and the converted heat is transferred to the process in various forms. The heater is divided into three main categories: cartridge heater / seath heater(= Coil Heater) / M.I heater.


① Cartridge Heater

The Cartridge heater has a good durability and high performance so it is mainly used for packaging and molding devices such as rollers and welding seals.
It is important to make the coil according to the amount of power and resistance so that it can be heated evenly.



② Sheath Heater(= Coil Heater)

The Sheath heater/Coil heater is a heater manufactured through a swaging process by inserting magnesium oxide (MgO) after winding and inserting a coil in a pipe in a circular shape. It is used in many facilities such as boiler and bath because it can produce various shape of products depending on the customer's facilities.



③ M.I. Heater

The Mineral Insulated Sheath Heater is a product made through the drawing process after inserting element and MgO into the pipe.
It can be made in various out diameter sizes (min 2.3Φ) and lengths compared to sheath heater(= coil heater) It is mainly used for semiconductor.
